India’s women win toss and bat against South Africa

India’s women won the toss and chose to bat first in their key ICC T20 World Cup group match against South Africa at Old Trafford in Manchester on Sunday.
India have begun the competition well with two victories but South Africa have not convinced, comfortably losing their first match against Australia and scraping home against Pakistan. For South Africa, in particular, this is effectively a quarterfinal match.
